Shipping Policy

Carrier: Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx shipments do not require a signature for delivery.

Shipping fee: Shipping is free for the contiguous 48 United States. For other destinations, your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Handle Time: It will take WOKA® 1-2 business days to handle and ship items from the date we receive your order(s). Orders placed by 2:00 am Pacific Time (US & Canada) will be handled and shipped the same business day, and orders placed after 2:00 am Pacific Time (US & Canada) will be handled and shipped next business day!

Order tracking: An email or text with the tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you once the items shipped. You can track the shipping status of your order. If the tracking number doesn't provide tracking details, please wait a few hours for the shipping carrier to update the status and then check again

Transit Days: Items from CA or NJ, normally it will take 2-5 business days to delivery your order.

Shipping Address Modification: You can update your shipping address before the order(s) is(are) shipped by email cs@wokamall.com with your order details and new shipping address. However, we are unable to change the shipping address after the tracking number of your order is updated. In this case, please return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

International Electrical Considerations: All WOKA® electronic items are designed for 120V power input. If you are ordering an WOKA® product for use where 120V power is not available, you'll need to use a step-down transformer to prevent damaging the desk frame's electronics and voiding the warranty.

COVID-19: Due to the impact of COVID-19, some carrier facility might get unpredictable & uncontrolled delay, your shipping may take 3-8 business days, some areas may take 10 business days.

Missing or lost packages: If you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) via your email but not receive the order(s), please try:
If you live at a residence, look around the shipping address.
If you live in an apartment, check again with the receptionist at the reception area.
Some carrier’s delivery notification can be shot out 24 hours before its actual arrival. If you still can’t find your package(s), please contact support of WOKA® so our support team will assist you in filing the claim and sending you a new package(s) replacement.

About Tax: All items are Tax-free on wokamall.com. However, customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country. We advise you to find out about the local regulations before ordering from us. WOKA® cannot give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. Please verify the address, the buyer is responsible for providing the correct and current address.
