Unlike the gas spring monitor arm, this monitor desk mount can be adjusted by its joints arm. There are joints on the arm to swivel the monitor to the left or right， which allows you to have a larger swivel range to adjust. Some joints can swivel up to 240°.

The monitor arm has joints to articulate the monitor fully and freely unlike the gas spring arm which should adjust the tension. It enables you to adjust the monitor with 360° rotation, 180° swivel, and +/-90° tilt, easily finding an optimal viewing angle. The arm raises and lowers a total of 15.8’’ on the center pole, fitting for different heights.
